Released as a standalone DLC for Ubisoft’s Far Cry 3, Blood Dragon has nothing to do with the original game at all. Instead, you are a cyber commando soldier who has to take down the rogue cyborg army. You are dropped in the 80’s-themed open world and right when you start the game, you know that it is going to be a good time.
The game was originally released back in 2013 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It received great reviews from critics and players. We here at GameSkinny enjoyed the game as well, and you can read our review of it right here.
When you are finished with this gem, the Blood Dragon franchise continues with Trials of the Blood Dragon, which combines the awesome 80’s-themed world of Blood Dragon with the exciting courses of the Trials franchise.
