At the point when representatives got to the scene, Batista was not there but rather returned in a vehicle. Agents say he left his vehicle and moved toward appointees with his hands behind his back.

“Representatives requested that Batista show his hands and he denied,” a news discharge from the organization to FOX 13 Tampa Inlet read. “As one of the agents attempted to Taser him, Batista shot the other representative in the chest. The appointee quickly took shots back at Batista who tossed his firearm and gave up.”

The delegate was taken to an emergency clinic. He has not openly been distinguished.

“That vest saved his life,” Judd said in a Facebook news gathering. “He shot my agent in the chest. Did you hear what I said? He shot my delegate.”

Batista was not do any harm and is in authority.
